Gitignored / local-only — read it from disk on the owner's PC to rebuild full context from zero. It is a point-in-time snapshot: **where it and the code disagree, the code wins.** - **`QUEUE.md`** (repo root, committed) — the phone-readable roadmap the owner reads in the GitHub app. Update it in the same commit whenever the roadmap actually moves. `CLAUDE.md` carries a small always-loaded "Reference Pointer Index" pointing to both. For anything either doc merely restates, prefer the source: `library/CODE_MAP.md` for architecture, `CLAUDE.md` + `rules/` for protocol wording, `CHANGELOG.md` + git log for what shipped, `APP_VERSION` in source for the version.
