**Memory holds no fact you can look up.** Version, roadmap, protocols, architecture, what shipped — read `APP_VERSION`, `QUEUE.md`, `CLAUDE.md` + `rules/`, `library/CODE_MAP.md`, `CHANGELOG.md` + git log. Rewritten 2026-07-20 after an accuracy audit.
- [Project state](project_state.md) — capped ship-log; the surviving owner rulings, rejected approaches and incidents (incl. the live data loss from an AI full-replace)
- [Protocol 23 — layering enforcement](unenforced_protocol_23.md) — when a rule and the code disagree, ENFORCE the rule; never reword it to match the code
- [Deploy branch model](deploy_branch_model.md) — `dev` → staging, `main` release-only; the three-Google-allowlist gotcha and why Google login was chosen
- [Folder & repo naming](folder_and_repo_naming.md) — the app repo is NEVER renamed (PWA install origin); `_RobCo-Archive` ≠ `_RobCo-Exhibit`; the folder/repo casing mismatch is deliberate
- [Backup archive repo](backup_archive_repo.md) — the sandbox gotcha (run sync.ps1 via Bash-launched powershell.exe); `auth/` holds an unbacked OAuth secret, never commit it
- [Planning filed by roadmap version](planning_filed_by_roadmap_version.md) — file by *"which release's work PRODUCED this document?"*, never by mtime
- [Reference docs](reference_docs.md) — `library/BRAIN_DUMP.md` (local) + `QUEUE.md` (committed, phone-readable); the code wins where they disagree
- [FO3 Pip-Boy design](project_fo3_pipboy_design.md) — the locked design decisions; horizontal steppers chosen over stacked arrows after a failed tap probe
- [Design Overhaul unit scope](feedback_design_overhaul_unit_scope.md) — ask, don't guess; the owner favours the tightest reading. *"Keep it that tight"*
- [Changelog batching](feedback_changelog_batching.md) — superseded; no standing instruction to withhold changelog prose
