**DONE — this bridge served its purpose and is obsolete.** The queue-header not-to-guard decision + structural fix it held is now recorded in `QUEUE.md` (R10, step 1) and `QUEUE_LOG.md` at commit **c18b780**. Already removed from the MEMORY.md index. Delete this file at the next consolidation pass (Dispatch has no delete tool, hence the tombstone rather than removal).
⚠ One correction that DID make it to the queue and matters: the "Prettier mangled the content" story (in this bridge's original text AND in commit 89bc6a5's message) was **wrong**. The fix session reproduced it — Prettier never touched the content. The real cause was a **hand-transcription typo** (`APP_VERSION` → `APP*VERSION`) while composing a new entry into the dense header, which stayed valid markdown so the format gate had nothing to catch. The structural fix (drop the giant single-italic wrapper) still holds because the dense fragile header is what makes such typos likely and hard to spot.
